Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These terms govern your use of AllergoRadar (“we”, “us”, “the service”) — the web app at allergoradar.app, the Telegram bot @AllergoRadarBot and its Mini App, and the AllergoRadar Android app. By using AllergoRadar you agree to them. How we handle your data is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
AllergoRadar provides pollen and air-quality information, and statistical patterns in your own diary entries, for reference only. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor about your symptoms and treatment.
1. What the service does
AllergoRadar shows pollen levels, air quality and weather for the location you provide, lets you log a symptom diary, and estimates which allergens your symptoms tend to follow. Environmental data comes from third-party providers (Google Pollen, Air Quality and Weather APIs). Forecasts are model output: they can be wrong, delayed or unavailable, and coverage varies by region — in some countries pollen data is not available at all.
The associations shown in the app are statistical, based on the data you enter and the forecast for your area. They are hypotheses to discuss with a doctor, not findings about your health.
Environmental data is provided through Google Maps Platform. Your use of it is also governed by Google’s terms: the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Service Specific Terms — or, for customers billed in the EEA, the Google Maps Platform EEA Terms of Service and EEA Service Specific Terms — together with the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You can use AllergoRadar by signing in with Google in a browser, or through Telegram. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for what happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use; do not share one account between people or resell access.
The service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher.
3. Free tier and Plus
The free tier includes today’s overall risk, the leading pollen type, the air quality index, one daily tip and a preview of the forecast. Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks the personal model, the doctor report, threshold alerts, the full forecast and history, several locations and the daily summary at a time you choose.
Plus is offered for 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, at the prices shown on the pricing section of our website at the time of purchase. You pay in euros or dollars by card.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Who takes the payment. Checkout and subscription management run on Lava.top (LAVALANE LTD, Cyprus), which collects the payment as our agent. Your contract for the subscription is with us, not with Lava.top: we owe you the service, and refunds are handled by us. We never see or store your card details. Lava.top’s own terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel it.
- Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in the app’s subscription screen. Cancelling stops future charges; your Plus access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not cut short. Cancellation cannot be undone — to continue afterwards, subscribe again.
- Failed renewal. If a renewal payment cannot be taken, the subscription ends, but access still runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Price changes. We may change prices. Any change is announced in advance and applies from your next renewal only; if you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of purchase. AllergoRadar is made available immediately after payment, so by subscribing you ask us to begin performance at once; if you then withdraw during the 14 days, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the part of the period already provided.
Outside that period, payments for a started period are non-refundable, except where the law of your country says otherwise or where we agree otherwise — for example if the service was substantially unavailable for a long stretch of your paid period, or if we remove a Plus feature you paid for. To request a withdrawal or refund, email support@allergoradar.app from the address on your account.
Anything about your subscription — a refund, a charge you don’t recognise, cancelling, access that did not open — comes to us at support@allergoradar.app, and we deal with it directly. The payment platform only collects the money on our behalf, so raising it there first sends your request the long way round.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell the forecast data, or use the service to build a competing dataset;
- access the API other than through our apps, or automate it beyond normal personal use;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass access limits and payment;
- upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that breaks the law where you are.
If an account materially breaks these rules or is used fraudulently, we may limit or suspend it. Where a suspension is our decision and not caused by fraud, we refund the unused part of the paid period.
7. Notifications you receive
Reports and alerts arrive in the channel you choose: as Telegram messages, as email if you use the browser, or as push notifications in the Android app. You can change the time or switch each channel off in settings, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Delivery depends on services we do not control (Telegram, email providers, push infrastructure), so we cannot guarantee that a given message arrives, or arrives on time.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep AllergoRadar running, but it is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime. Maintenance, provider outages or data-source failures can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops. If we remove a feature that materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your period.
9. Your content and our content
Your diary entries, locations and settings remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store that data, compute your reports and show them back to you. The service itself, including its software, texts, plant guide and design, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused beyond normal use of the app.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app — including health decisions, which belong with you and your doctor. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the app or on the website before they take effect. If you keep using AllergoRadar after that, the updated terms apply; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
12. Governing law and disputes
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply to you, and you can bring a claim before the courts there. We would rather solve things directly first — email us and we will try to sort it out.
