Delete your account
Last updated: 9 October 2026
You can delete your AllergoRadar account and all data associated with it at any time, yourself. Your account data is deleted immediately and permanently; this cannot be undone.
In the app
This works the same in the Android app, the Telegram Mini App and the web app:
- Open AllergoRadar and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete account.
- Tick “I understand my data will be deleted forever” and tap Delete forever.
Without installing the app
If you no longer have the Android app, use the web version — it is the same account:
- Open allergoradar.app/miniapp in any browser.
- Tap Sign in with Google and choose the Google account you used in the app.
- Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm, as described above.
If you used AllergoRadar only through Telegram, open @AllergoRadarBot, open the app from the bot and delete the account in Profile the same way.
What is deleted
- Account identifiers: your Telegram user ID, Google sign-in and email address, and the link between them.
- Saved places and their coordinates.
- Your allergy profile, alert thresholds, notification settings and language.
- Your symptom diary, the pollen and air context stored with it, history and personal insights.
- Notification tokens of your devices.
- Usage events recorded in the app for your account.
Leftovers of background operations that were in progress at the moment of deletion (for example, a notification being sent) are cleaned up automatically within an hour. Server logs that contain a technical account identifier are kept for a limited time and then overwritten. General pollen and air-quality data for map areas is shared by everyone in that area, is not linked to you, and is not affected.
If you open AllergoRadar again after deleting your account, it will start from scratch as a new, empty account.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@allergoradar.app with your Telegram username or the Google email you used. We will process your request within a reasonable time and confirm by reply.
