On high-pollen days
- Pollen levels are usually highest on warm, dry and windy days; rain washes pollen out of the air for a while.
- Keep windows closed when the level is high and air rooms after rain.
- After a long time outdoors, change clothes and wash your hair; dry laundry indoors.
- Sunglasses help keep pollen out of your eyes.
- If you have allergy symptoms, talk to a doctor — this page does not replace medical advice.
